This Norfolk and Western RR coaldock was the largest such structure built for a US railroad. It is located in Blueield, West Virgina (I beleave it is still standing). The storage bin's diameter was 62 feet with an a height of over 90 feet, This concrete coalling station had a 200 ton capacity. Photos can be seen in Thomas Dixon's, Steam Coaling Stations and Diesel Locomotive Fueling Facilities.
